The workplace Deep Restore
You will be gently guided through a yoga practice to relax the nervous system and unwind
Includes restorative yoga poses, yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation.
Perfect to compliment a busy lifestyle or athletes looking for recovery.

Whats included: Luxury lavendar eye pillows, restorative firm yoga bolsters, 2x yoga blocks per person, 10x yoga mats, music.
Price: $225 at AGA studio 4 Rolleston Ave, or $180 at your own venue

About your teacher
Evidence based teachings on how to reduce stress
Jo Jarden is an experienced facilitator of workplace wellbeing workshops and retreats in and around Christchurch NZ. She is a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, life coach and the founder of Heart and Mind Yoga, Christchurch.
Coming from a health management background, her approach combines both the ancient wisdom of yoga and the science of wellbeing, as well as her own insights into how we can live happier healthier lives.
She has taught over 1500 yoga and fitness classes and is known for her considered, yet light hearted and warm approach to helping people connect to their inner wisdom and steadyness. As a health and life coach, her work has helped 100’s of people get to the core of their issues and reveal subconscious narratives that shape our behaviours, our health, relationships and our performance
