Beginners Yoga

Are you wanting to try yoga but you’re a bit nervous jumping into a class? No worries, you have come to the right place.

With Jo Jarden your certified yoga teacher and personal trainer you will be guided gently through the foundations of yoga to get you started in a safe, supported and professional space.

  • A one off yoga session $90

  • A 5-sessions pack to cover the foundational poses, build your confidence, and build a personal practice to address specific injuries or conditons $400

What is yogA?

Yoga helps restore balance in our body and mind. When life gets challenging we get out of balance and we experience stress. It’s important that we know how to bring ourselves back to a place of balance and vitality. Over time with regular practice people find the poses in yoga help shift the energy in the body to feel more overall wellbeing and energy for daily life.​​
