Yoga helps restore balance in our body and mind. When life gets challenging, or we have a fearful situation in front of us, we get out of balance and we experience stress. The experience of stress affects our breath, our immune system, and our general state of health.
It’s important that we know how to bring ourselves back to a place of balance and vitality. People find the poses in yoga help shift the energy in the body to feel more overall vitality and energy for daily life.
Restorative yoga can help you repair from burnout or simply indulge in a self-care session to top up your reserves. Float away with this deep relaxation to restore your nervous system. On arrival receive a yoga bolster and luxurious lavender eye pillow for use at the retreat - for the ultimate restorative yoga experience.
