Beginners Yoga Course - 5 week course

What will you learn?

This is a 5 week beginner yoga course run with online materials and faciliated by Jo Jarden at Heart and Mind Yoga Studio. It will run for 5 weeks, covering the foundations of yoga.

  1. learn the foundational poses of yoga

  2. learn from a qualified yoga teacher and personal trainer

  3. stretch and strengthen the body to feel good for life!

  4. work through the meaning of each pose, and the benefits to your body and mind

  5. suitable for anyone not used to regular movement or may have injuries



What is yogA?

Yoga helps restore balance in our body and mind. When life gets challenging we get out of balance and we experience stress. It’s important that we know how to bring ourselves back to a place of balance and vitality. Over time with regular practice people find the poses in yoga help shift the energy in the body to feel more overall wellbeing and energy for daily life.
