Workplace yoga sessions are tailored to fit your workplace needs.  The benefits of workplace yoga and mindfulness sessions:

  • Yoga classes 30 minute/45 minute options available 

  • Sessions at your workplace, Zoom sessions, or attend at the studio (21 Bealey Ave) 

  • Evidence based mindfulness and yoga workshops for reducing stress and building resilience in the workplace. 

Hire the studio 

Available for hire at $35 per/hour. Half day and full day hirage also avaliable
