What’s on offer for you at Heart and Mind Yoga?

We are absolutely thrilled to have recently been named one of the Best Yoga Studios in Christchurch.

Are you looking for somewhere that’s like a gym but is a bit more approachable and friendly? Somewhere that has the relaxation effects of yoga but also has classes and support to help you strengthen and tone your body?

Heart and Mind Yoga is known for its friendly skilled and down to earth teachers. You will feel relaxed walking in the door with its striking brick feature wall and high ceiling as the sun streams along the wooden floors.

So what is on offer for you at Heart and Mind Yoga?

  1. Yoga and fitness classes. $15 class, or $135 for 10 classes. Classes include Yin relaxation, Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and a Circuit Fitness class. See the weekly timetable and class descriptions here.

  2. Beginner Yoga Course a 5 week course. Learn the foundations of yoga in a supported and safe environment. Learn more here.

  3. Personal Training. Looking for a bit more one on one support with your fitness and/or wellbeing? Inquire about a one-on-one session with Jo to help reach your goals.

  4. Workplace yoga and wellbeing sessions. Do you think your workplace could benefit from a yoga or fitness session? Curious about workplace wellbeing? Contact Jo for a session at your workplace or at the studio.

  5. The Art of Living Well 5 Week Course. Build inner strengths drawing on the wsidom of yoga and the science of wellbeing. Learn more here.

Jo Jarden is a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher in Christchurch New Zealand and the founder of Heart and Mind Yoga studio. She has 10 years’ experience in health promotion in New Zealand and Australia including management and promotion of national chronic disease prevention programs. She now helps people one on one with their wellbeing through yoga teaching, personal training, workplace yoga and wellbeing workshops.
