Join Rachel Hunter for a day of Meditation, Yoga and Wisdom Talks - at Heart and Mind Yoga Studio: Unit 13,21 Bealey Ave, Christchurch.

Choose either a two day or a one day workshop option:

One Day Workshop

9:00am-10:15am: Meditation/Yoga

10:15-10:45am: light morning tea/drink/lavatory break

10:45am-Midday: Group Talk

Midday-12:45pm: Lunch

12:45pm-1:30pm: SIlence in the studio - OR group walk around part of Hagley Park - you choose

1:30pm-3:15pm: Talk on Chakras & Chakra Meditation

3:15pm-3:30pm: Thank yous and Goodbyes

 

Thursday March 25:

8:45am-9:00am: - Gather and Welcome

9:00am-10:15am: Meditation/Yoga

10:15-10:45am: light morning tea/drink/lavatory break

10:45am-Midday: Group Talk

Midday-12:45pm: Lunch

12:45pm-1:30pm: SIlence in the studio - OR group walk around part of Hagley Park - you choose

1:30pm-3:15pm: Talk on Elements & Chakra Element Meditation

3:15pm-3:30pm: Thank yous and Goodbyes

Heart and Mind Yoga studio was founded by Jo Jarden in June 2019 . Jo is a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher in Christchurch New Zealand.She has 10 years experience in health promotion in New Zealand and Australia including management and promotion of national chronic disease prevention programs. She now helps people one on one with their wellbeing through yoga teaching, personal training, workplace yoga and wellbeing workshops. 

Qualifications include: Certified Yoga Teacher Santosha Yoga Institute, Registered Australian Yoga Alliance 2017
Certificate in Advanced Personal Training, Fit College New Zealand, 2016
Bachelor of Science with Honours Public Health. University of Canterbury, New Zealand 2006
Bachelor of Arts Mass Communication and Psychology. University of Canterbury, New Zealand 2005
