Hi I’m Jo, a personal trainer, yoga teacher, facilitator of wellbeing workshops and founder of Heart and Mind Yoga in Christchurch New Zealand.

I help people to thrive in life. I support people with a body and mind approach to reveal limiting beliefs, and subconscious narratives that shape our behaviours, our health, relationships and our performance.

People I have worked with:

  • Women in the middle stage of their life who have given a lot to their children and family but find they don’t know what their own identity is

how to get started

  • Are you outside of Christchurch NZ? No worries, we can arrange a Skype session or similar

  • Investment: $500 for 5 sessions. Includes 1.5 hour initial session. Other sessions go for 1hour -1 hour 15minutes.
