This yoga class is suitable for everyone! Your certified teacher with guide you through seated to standing sequences, giving you a well rounded class of both strengthing and stretching, within YOUR ABILITY. Perfect for those who want to feel the strong and stead in their body, and yet feel calm and at peace in their mind.
*Previous Beginners Course or history of yoga practice recommended but not required. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced.
Yin RElaxation
Restorative, suitable for beginners

Yin Yoga is about unwinding - we use props and deep stretches to target both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. With the special calming environment of the studio, this therapeutic class offers us as an opportunity to observe, sooth, and let go of our worries.

Strength training is essential for a healthy life. With your ceritifed personal trainer, you will be guided safely through short mini workouts to build lean muscle mass and feel vibrant and energised in our body! We do squats, lunges, pressing, pulling, sit ups - all the functional movements our body was made for. No matter your age or athletic ability, we can adapt for the individual. Everyone welcome
